We offer a 5% cash discount for purchases under $100 and a 10% cash discount for purchases over $100; Cash discounts are not valid for sale or special pricing, gift cards, and do not apply to workshops, challenges or special events. 

All purchases are non-refundable. In certain instances, any unused pricing may be transferred to another person. This is decided in a case by case basis.

5BPY VIP is a one-year commitment. 5BPY Silver is three months. 5BPY Gold is six months. 5BPY VIP receives 10% off retail purchases and can place a monthly membership on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 months for sickness, injury, or travel. Holds are not available on VIP Prepay, Silver, or Gold memberships.

5BPY VIP monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice and a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds or cancellations for prepaid memberships.

5BPY VIP will receive 12 digital free passes (one per month). Gold members will receive 6 digital passes (one per month), and Silver members will receive 3 digital passes (one per month). All memberships receive discounts on programs, workshops, and special events. No additional discounts are provided for cash or other payment methods.

If you have free class cards issued before October 2025, there is a limit to the number of free class passes that may be used by one person—maximum of 6 in a calendar year (the year starts the first day the client uses their first pass).
Note: If you purchase a new pricing option in-studio before your current pricing expires, you receive a 10% discount (not valid on sale pricing or cash pricing).
