5BPY Virtual Roga - Running & Yoga This 6 week program begins on Sunday, May 2nd at 2pm with a yoga practice designed for runners. Each week, you will be given a running plan for the week to train for a Virtual 5K - all are welcome including those new to running or yoga.
5BPY Virtual Book Club Program begins on Thursday, May 7th at 7pm. Purchase Daring Greatly by Brene Brown and read up to Chapter 2 for the first meeting.

May 26th - Intro to 5 Pillars of Baptiste Yoga Join 200RYT Susan Gullery for an introduction to the 5 Pillars of Baptiste Yoga - Drishti (Gaze), Ujayi (Breath), Bandhas (Foundation), Tapas (Heat) and Vinyasa (Flow). Learn how the first three pillars give you access to the last two and in getting the pillars in your awareness and body will give you a whole new looking at your practice!
