As we March into March - a month of ACTION - we are excited for the first challenge of the year
2026 March Madness Yoga Challenge - practice 25 times in the month to win the first shirt of 2026!
You can practice more than once a day - all practices must be taken at the studio
Each week we will have a drawing and announce 3 winners to win some 5BPY swag!
Cost is $109 which includes 31 day unlimited yoga and the entry fee
Pay $29 entry fee if you have a current pricing plan
Pay $19 entry fee if you are 5BPY VIP, Gold or Silver Member

We thought that Linda would be back to teach in March and she is still in North Carolina. We will keep you posted when we hear when she might be returning.
We are happy to welcome back Jeanine Caruvana who was part of the teaching and assisting team a few years ago. We invite you to take her class and give her some 5BPY community LOVE!
Our EMPOWERED. 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is halfway through and we appreciate your understanding of some adjustments in the weekends of the training.
Reminders for the Walla platform:
You CANNOT sign up for a class without payment. If you want to save by paying CASH, or are entitled to one of our discounts, please do NOT sign up for class, just come to the studio.
For a workshop (enrollment), if you have a current plan (monthly, 2 months, or class card) and are eligible for "current pricing discount", you will NOT be able to sign up online and get the discount. Please sign up in studio before the workshop so we can apply the discount or come to the studio the day of the workshop.
For 5BPY VIP, Gold or Silver Members, your discount pricing shows up at booking and you are able to pre-book and purchase at the discounted price.
NOTE: Workshops (enrollments) lock out 24 hours before - if you are unable to sign up online, just come to the studio - there is always room!
If you have a GIFT CARD you haven't used prior to October 2025 and want to redeem it, please email the studio [email protected] with the gift card information so that we can handle the transaction.
You cannot redeem in studio.
The studio opens 30 minutes before the start of class and the door locks on time. If you are late, please knock loudly, so the teacher can let you in. No late entry after 5 minutes from the start of the class.
NOTE: For the Monday - Friday 6am & 7am classes doors open 20 minutes before
Please do NOT park across the street at the Physical Therapist office or in the lot for the building on New Dorp Plaza. We have been getting complaints and have been told that if you park there you will be towed.
CASH DISCOUNTS: We currently offer 5% discount for any purchase made in the studio
Discounts do not apply to sale pricing, workshops or special events and cannot be combined with any other discount
10% DISCOUNT on CLASS purchases (not available for retail) for Seniors (62+), Military, NYPD/FDNY are applied IN STUDIO only and are not available for sale pricing, workshops or special events and can't be combined with any other discount
10% DISCOUNT if you make a new purchase in studio before your current pricing expires. Discount does not apply to any sale pricing and can't be combined with any other discounts
$25 CREDIT CARD MINIMUM - If you want to make a purchase in the studio for under $25 with a credit card, we will charge your card the minimum (or more if you prefer) and after the purchase, the balance will be kept on your account to use for future purchases.
We offer mat/towel rental - no charge for first time visitors
Pay $7 for mat rental (includes hand towel)
Pay $3 for towel rental
There is NO CHARGE for 5BPY VIP for mat or towel rental
