We are collecting non-perishable food items for our local soup kitchen, Project Hospitality to help support our neighbors in need as we move into the holiday season. If you would like to contribute, please drop off by Thanksgiving (Thurs. Nov. 27th)
The 2025 Holiday Challenge starts on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27th) until New Year's Eve (Dec. 31st) - Keep your attention on your practice during the holiday season - practice 21 times during the challenge and WIN the last shirt of 2025! In studio practices only. You can practice more than once a day. Registration is OPEN until December 7th.

As we start with the new platform, there are some things to note:
- You CANNOT sign up for a class without payment. If you want to save by paying CASH, please do NOT sign up for class, just come to the studio.
- For a workshop (enrollment), if you have a current plan and are eligible for discount, you will NOT be able to sign up and get the discount. Please sign up in studio before the workshop so we can apply the discount or come to the studio the day of the workshop. For 5BPY VIP, Gold or Silver Members, your discount pricing shows up at booking. We appreciate your patience during the transition period.
- If you have a GIFT CARD you haven't used prior to the change of platforms and want to redeem it, please email the studio [email protected] with the gift card information so that we can handle the transaction. You cannot redeem in studio.
What hasn't changed:
- CASH DISCOUNTS: We offer 5% discount for any purchase under $100 and 10% discount for any purchase over $100. Purchase must be made IN STUDIO and discounts do not apply to sale pricing, workshops or special events.
- 10% DISCOUNT on CLASS purchases (not available for retail) for Seniors (62+), Military, NYPD/FDNY are applied IN STUDIO only and are not available for sale pricing, workshops or special events and can't be combined with any other discount
- 10% DISCOUNT if you make a new purchase before your current pricing expires. Discount does not apply to any sale pricing and can't be combined with any other discounts
- $25 CREDIT CARD MINIMUM - If you want to make a purchase under $25 with a credit card, we will charge your card the minimum (or more if you prefer) and after the purchase, the balance will be kept on your account for small purchases.
What's NEW with Walla Platform:
- 5BPY Silver Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (3 total) to bring a friend to class
- 5BPY Gold Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (6 total) to bring a friend to class
- 5BPY VIP Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (12 total) to bring a friend to class
- If you do not use the free pass in a month, it rolls over
- You will no longer receive free class cards. Old free class cards are still valid at the studio and one person cannot use more than 6 free class passes in a year.
